Dawatul Islam (U.K. & EIRE)
Web Site: http://www.dawatul-islam.org/
Description:

Da’watul Islam is an Islamic Organisation and as ‘Islamic’, it obviously aims to achieve those objectives which Islam aims for mankind. To serve no one but Allah, to be responsible and have a sense of responsibility in living a life, to be in peace with oneself and others, to have self-dignity and to maintain that dignity for the rest: These are some of those objectives which are as much crucial as elements for the peace of this world, so much for that of the world to come. Islam lays out objectives, but to realise them it is the duty of mankind. Since ‘mankind’ is an extremely generalised term, with much opacity as who among them should do the duty, it is necessary for us to get a particular sense of it. The Qur’an does it for us, with precision and clarity: Let there be a group of people among you who would invite (others) to what is good, enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong’ (TMQ 3:104). It is the Muslims who should do it. Da’watul Islam is, in fact, a response to this dictum. It invites people to what is ‘good’, that is the peaceful way of Islamic life, and prevents, in its given capacity, whatever disturbs that peace. It works against indecency and immoral conducts, and constantly strives towards awakening human consciousness from the dazzling, hypnotic charms of the Godless culture, which leads people to sexual promiscuity, moral decadence, corruption and greed. It inspires people to achive the pleasure of Allah by responding to His message, which promises a peaceful life here and in the life after death. .....
